This Spring eye make-up is all about colors - neon, pastel, metallic and glossy colors. Although I'm a big fan of colors, I think that classic dark eyes are the best. A bit eyeliner and you've got the perfect look. I like that dark eyes create such strong and rebel look. Yeah, definitely my favs.
